A Rearch On Problems Of Security Management In Junior High School

Security of P.E class concerns students'physical and mental health, it conerns the development of education, and it conerns the future of our society. Accidents occasionally occurs in primary schools, the security risk is huge, it causes lots of contradition, and they are discordant notes in building up a hamony society. The existence of P.E class security management promotes teachers ,researchers and stakeholders pay more attention and research security management of P.E class in time. This research defined the concept of P.E class security management by searching great amount of data, then arranged the information to form the basis of theory and legislation. To get some realistic circumstances by questionnaires,interviews and experiments, such as: occurrence of sports injuries, decline in the quality of P.E class and P.E class weakening…To analyze the reasons of P.E class security management problems by understanding of the situations: the reaons of students , teachers, leaders and society. To propose some suggestions of solving the problems of P.E class security management by using the theory of peole-oriented management, they are: to firm legislation, to increase investments, to improve awareness of security of students and teachers, to rebuild the posts of P.E teachers, to create culture of security and heighten the attention of the society, etc..
