The teacher and the curriculum are the inalienable fundamental factors, which have close relations in the educational reform advancement, therefore, some system researches on the teacher and the curriculum,such as annotating teachers'role and inquiring teachers'behavior in the curriculum are receives more and more attention. Teachers play the important role in the curriculum implementation process,which obtains the recognition theoretically. With the continuous progress of kindergarten curriculum reform, kindergarten teachers aren't just the curriculum implementers in the traditional sense, must transitions to the participants, leaders and researchers and so on, in order to improve the status of curriculum implementation in the kindergarten better.The purpose of this study based on educational narrative research methods, through interviews, observation, documentation and other methods to collect the "stories" of the object in the curriculum implementation process , descripts the stories and analies the meaning behind it, tries to sum up the impact factors which affect the curriculum implemention effective ,and then propose appropriate education proposals.This paper mainly includes four parts:First,show problem.This article focuses primarily on the research background, clarities the problem of the study, reveals the significance of the study from theory and practice.Besides,induces and combs the curriculum implementation, the curriculum implementation in kindergarten, kindergarten teachers in curriculum implementation and educational narrative study and so on.Second, research design and process. This article makes a pre-designe from methods to the selection study object, from the collection methods of the research data to the study validity and ethical issues,and so on ,in order to make studies more feasible and scientific.Third, descript deeply the stories of study object in the curriculum implemention according to the requirements of writing paradigm educational narrative research methods, to show the status of the study object in the whole curriculum implement process.Fourth, analyze the factors that attribut to the status of the teachers in curriculum implementation, from the administrative departments of education, children's parents,kindergarten and teacher,and so on.Fifth, put forward the corresponding education recommendations, in order to improve the status of study object.
