Education narrative research is an effective way to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.This paper selected five representative kindergarten in Fujian province as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method,text analysis and other methods,aims to understand the current kindergarten teachers in Fujian province education narrative research present situation,discussed their existing problems and causes in the process of research,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.This study respectively from the kindergarten teachers'understanding of education narrative research,the process and method of education narrative study,expression of education narrative research,and kindergarten management support for research and other aspects related research.By means of questionnaire,statistics and analysis results show that the kindergarten teachers in the education narrative research on the following problems:the kindergarten teachers' understanding of the connotation and role of education narrative research is relatively one-sided,the research process there exist deviations in understanding and the rational method,results of quality,there are some drawbacks in frequency low skilled teachers to carry on the education narrative research.For kindergarten teacher education narrative research with various problems occurred in this study based on the analysis of the causes,try and kindergarten teachers in the kindergarten level,put forward some effective development aims to promote kindergarten teachers' education narrative research countermeasures and Suggestions.Specifically,the kindergarten should provide effective professional guidance and support,establish a sound evaluation and incentive mechanism,and provide a diversified exchange display platform.Kindergarten teachers should enhance their understanding of the importance of education research,enhance their own education theoretical literacy,enhance the learning of relevant knowledge of education narration,and exercise their own writing ability.
