Inquiry-based learning is a very important way of learning, in which students'innovation ability in science has been improved greatly. With the national implementation gradually of the curriculum reform once more, inquiry-based learning is advocated in the new standards of curriculum. In recent years, a great deal of studies on inquiry-based learning have been carried on by Chinese scholars, which provide us with a theoretical and practical basis for carrying on studies on it on the background of the new curriculum reform in senior high school. However, in the development of inquiry-based learning in the new biology curriculum, a number of problems have arisen, such as, replacing inquiry with verification, carrying on no inquiry-based learning for the limited class hours and some inquiry-based learning ways are too simple and stylized to work.This thesis, from practice and with questionnaire, gives an overall analysis on the problems of teachers'perception and its acting factors in inquiry-based learning in new biology curriculum of Senior High School, based on the characteristics, principles and methods of inquiry-based learning, and to which, improving strategies are given; with examples, studies the simplistic and stylized problems in inquiry-based learning in new biology curriculum of Senior High School, and to which, improving strategies are also given; with classroom observation, a case study concerning inquiry-based learning in biology of Senior High School is carried on in order to find the existing problems in the teaching and propose the improving strategies to it.Through the study on problems in inquiry-based learning in new biology Curriculum of Senior High School, this thesis aims to find existing problems, look up the the affecting factors on it and propose improving strategies to it, further, provide reference for the development of inquiry-based learning in the new biology curriculum of Senior High School...
