Classroom teaching design is the plan of classroom teaching,which is an important platform to the common development of teachers and students.The effect of a successful classroom teaching design can not be ignored.Teacher professional development is both a transformation from a novice teacher to a expert teacher and a continuous improvement of the level of teaching design.As a theoretical basis of this article,the theory of plate design for chemical classroom teaching provides avenues for in-depth study of the various phenomena of classroom teaching.In this paper, classroom observation, interviews, case studies and other methods were used to collect the four teachers' audioes of their classes, lectures and interviews .which is the materials of the comparative research on classroom teaching design and its implementation between the expert chemistry teachers and the novice chemistry teachers.On the basis of findings,the study may provide reasonable suggestions about the teacher professional development of novice chemistry teachers.This paper consists of six parts.Part one describes the sources of research questions in detail.Part two is theoretical bases about the concept of teaching design and theory of plate design for chemistry classroom teaching .Part three describes research methods, research objects and research steps .Part four deconstructs the classroom teaching designs of the expert chemistry teachers and the novice chemistry teachers through three dimensions,then compares the characteristics. Based on the contrast analysis on the body part,the last part gives four conclusions and four pieces of advice for novice chemistry teachers.
