As of the 20th century, the world is an important way to change. Issue of sustainable development is a unified global concern. Mongolia is an ancient tradition of historical cultures. The new curriculum reform is the reform of basic education in-depth development of the inevitable trend, how to use the new curriculum ideas to guide the new curriculum teaching, has become the new curriculum reform and innovation imperative. The new curriculum for basic education in Mongolia teaching reform environment, the majority of teachers, curriculum reform, the growing enthusiasm for experimental work high, they work hard, and actively explore and achieved a certain degree of effectiveness.In the new century, Mongolia has in 2003,2008, conducted two curriculum reforms have achieved some results. Through interviews, classroom observation and other research methods, curriculum reform deep into the interior of a large number of first-hand information obtained. Based on these first-hand information, and compared with traditional courses, the author found that the curriculum reform in Mongolia in 2008 to obtain two years of implementation of very effective, in the Curriculum concept, content, teaching methods, have a great deal of innovation, reached the international level. However, the problem with the results in parallel, new curriculum serious shortage of teachers, number of students in the classroom can not meet the requirements, the new version of the Jiaocai confusion, teachers and students to adapt to such problems, these problems to some extent hindered the new curriculum reform Shun Li implementation. Finally the author in Mongolia, based on new knowledge and understanding of curriculum reform, educational theory based on the new curriculum has made some practical proposals and measures.
