From 2001 to 2014,the eighth basic education curriculum reform in our country has pasted 14 years, the debate about the problems in theory and practice of curriculum reform goes on.Debate means different people for the same question has different view.Careful about the controversial problems in the basic education curriculum reform,will be beneficial to promote the improvement of the relevant theories and practice of curriculum reform smoothly.But a review of current study on academic debate problem about the curriculum reform of basic education,I find the related study is very complex,and lack of systematic study.So this paper will through a large number of data collection and reading,to chose several themes or issues to study.This study mainly study four debate problems and study from the three dimensions of debate:origin,debate focus, and commentary.Following the four debate problems:First one is the debate of direction. From the origin,2005-2006 years,The papers about the direction of this reform were published together;The focus of debate is the direction of the new curriculum reform is correct or wrong;I think that the essence of the debate is the gap between ideal and reality.Second one is basic theoretical issue. From the origin,the papers about the direction of this reform were published together from 2005 years;The focus of debate is the new curriculum reform has theoretical basis or not,what is theoretical basis,and theoretical basis is one or multiple;I think that the essence of the debate is the new curriculum reform theory is based on one or more.Third one is the debate of knowledge status.From the origin, mainly to discuss the 2004 Mr.Wang Cesan and Mr. Zhong Qiquan issued documents that new curriculum reform despise knowledge problem or not;The focus of debate is the new curriculum reform is "despising knowledge" and the transition of "exam-oriented education" to quality education;I think that the essence of the debate is the different knowledge view.Forth one is the debate of localization and globalization.From the origin,the discussion that this new curriculum reform is a "revolution" or not began in 2003;The focus of debate is the curriculum reform should be based on localization or should focus on globalization;I think that the essence of the debate is the differences between Chinese and Western cultural values.This paper just focuses on four more concerned problems of the current debate questions about new curriculum reform,a preliminary attempt to objectively show the status of debate,and reveal the reason of the debate,and giving personal opinion.The function of the study is to provide some instructive meaning to the people to give a correct view on debate related issues;At the same time, enrich the basic education curriculum reform theory. Other issues of debate in the basic education curriculum reform, and the impact of the debate on the theory and practice of curriculum reform in basic education need more and more scholars in-depth study. |
