Volunteers to practice the dedication, service and unity as an ideal, with "jointly make this world a better place in the belief" volunteer service, produce the huge social value. Volunteers of rights is not only related to the citizens freedom of association, independently choose the right, also influence the realization of volunteers and the healthy development of the volunteer organizations, and the realization of social justice and the establishment of harmonious society. The rights and interests of the volunteers should get effective guarantee.Our voluntary service activities in the booming development process, the volunteers of rights and interests are infringed upon. Due to our volunteer service starting evening, the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the imperfect social cognition deficiency, volunteers in various factors are not effective volunteer rights protection, need by speeding volunteer legislation, further perfecting the system safeguard, creating good social atmosphere, to strengthen the guidance and supervision of volunteer organizations, improving the volunteers' consciousness of the rights to achieve effective safeguard, volunteers to promote our volunteer service career development.Based on the reality of voluntary service activities of volunteers in the rights and interests are infringed upon by volunteers, as the research object, the volunteers around in the research interests, rights protection volunteer in China on the basis of reference, the volunteers from the experience, rights protection law, government, society and volunteer organization and volunteers, etc, to safeguard the rights and interests of the volunteers were discussed, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
