Learning Community was introduced to China in the 20th century, now, research to it is still in its development stage. The concept of the learning community enter the field of teacher education, with the concept of Learning Community of teachers. With the rapid development of information society and the promotion of a new round of curriculum reform, collaboration and cooperation between teachers is especially important for us. This provides a breakthrough to the study of web-based teacher learning community. Based on the analysis of the theory of learning community, I selected Comprehensive Practice Research Network for example. I analysised the learning community of teachers involving in the three major types of activities and the real emerging process of self-generated Web-based teacher learning community formation, in order to make some contribution to further research.This paper is divided into four chapters:In the first chapter, I analysised the research background, purpose and content, significance, literature review and research methods and ideas and so on.In the second chapter, I placed learning community to teacher professional development on the basis of theoretical knowledge,and defines the teacher learning communities, teacher learning community based content.In the third Chapter, I study this case courses for the Comprehensive Practice Research Network. From the microscopic point of view of teachers to participate in the activities of the network form of learning community that QQ discussion groups, educational forums and educational practice blog.In the fourth Chapter, Integrated practice in the analysis of network activities based on the teacher form of self-generation should have the four elements, Learning culture, Dialogue and consultation, Knowledge Building and the establishment of the main status of teachers.In the fifth Chapter, analysis and comprehensive practice of teachers from the Learning Community Implications generation process, For network-based optimization of the development of teacher learning community.
