The one hundred year strategy of a nation is based on education,while the education policy is heavily based on teachers.Teachers are the key to educational reform and development.In recent years,promoted by information technology,represented by the "Internet + Teacher Professional Development" project,the teachers online learning community has become the enhance their professional quality and ability and to promote the development of teachers by providing a platform for them to discuss with each other,exchange different views,and share resources.Shandong Teachers Education Network,with the purpose of promoting the professional development of teachers,is a learning teachers network community in our country which has created a warm space for harmonious exchange between teachers and opened up a new world for their professional development.This paper studies the Shandong Teachers Education Network learning community with the purpose of promoting the professional development of teachers and improving the new channel for teacher education.As for the research significance,theoretically,the paper clarifies the relevant theories of teacher learning community,providing theoretical reference for relevant researches;practically,this paper,proceeding from the practical construction of teacher education network learning community,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,providing suggestions for perfecting teacher education network learning community construction,and also providing practical reference for the construction of other online teacher learning communities.This thesis research ideas,on the basis of relevant theories,explores the construction of teachers' education network status.This article uses the method of interview and questionnaire survey,in order to investigate the purpose of teachers to participation in the learning community in teachers' education network,teacher education online learning community influence on teachers' professional development,teachers' cognitive attitude of teachers' education network.Sorting and analyzing the interview and survey results,concluded the teacher network learning community advantages and existing problems.Finally puts forward suggestions for the perfect teacher education online learning community building.In this paper the results of the study,teachers' education network learning community to build the status quo.Its main activities have famous teachers' lesson example grinding,networktraining,qilu workshop space and so on,for teachers to provide communication field and learning resources.Through interview and questionnaire survey resources collection and analysis,the author concluded that teachers' participation is not high,more teacher is the role of the bystander.Most of the teachers is shallow participation,such as browsing teaching video,read the article and post comments.Few teachers can really participate in the communication,express their views,share resources.Teachers to participate in teacher education network learning community,its teaching theory and teaching ability have a definite improvement.In the aspect of teaching theory,update their concepts and deepen the understanding of the new curriculum reform.In the aspect of teaching ability,improve the teachers' classroom management,teaching design,scientific research ability,etc.The overall summary of the teacher education network learning community has some advantages,such as for teachers to build up a harmonious communication field and the communication platform of the across time and space,providing a mix of resources sharing,and promote teacher's teaching ability to ascend.At the same time,it also has some problems,such as teachers' lack of initiative participation,insufficient incentive mechanism,training content independent selectivity is not strong,the actual interaction space is not enough,severe formalism.At the end of the paper,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the problems existing in the interview and the investigation,mainly from the aspects of enhancing the participation of the members of the educational network,improving the evaluation mechanism of the teacher education network platform,enriching the resources of the teachers' education network,and building the teachers' good spiritual homeland.
