Wisdom is the eternal pursuit of human self-improvement and education.The emergence of educational and teaching activities is the embodiment of human wisdom.Under the pilot of wisdom,educational activities can radiate vitality and realize the value of education.In terms of the research of educational wisdom,since the 1970 s,the western educational theory research has changed from exploring the "educational regulation" to exploring the educational significance in the educational situation,and the rationality of teachers' unique cognition has been greatly affirmed in the teaching practice.However,Chinese educational researchers are more inclined to use the concept of "educational wisdom" of teachers to explain teachers' unique understanding and creative actions in practice.Based on the development of today's society and the progress of science and technology,the wisdom of education has been better improved.In fact,teachers' educational wisdom comes from educational practice,which is unique to educators and directly affects educational practice.It is the key intermediary factor connecting educational theory and educational practice.This paper takes primary school teachers as the research object,which is based on the fact that primary school education is an important stage of one's life development.The quality of primary school teachers is related to the growth of students' life,the hope of hundreds of millions of families and the future of the country.In view of this,this study explains the progress and innovation of educational wisdom based on the background of the development of the times.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of educational wisdom,this paper attempts to establish an analysis framework for primary school teachers' educational wisdom,and to formulate an interview outline based on the analysis framework.On the basis,this study points out the shackles of the current primary school teachers' educational wisdom,and makesa useful exploration on the strategies for primary school teachers to develop educational wisdom on the basis of the attribution analysis.Compared with general knowledge and skills,educational wisdom is hard to express and acquire.It can only be generated and developed dynamically by the human oneself in practice,and exists in the individual experience of teachers.In addition,it is clarified that teachers' educational wisdom comes from educational practice,presenting educational wisdom originates and happens in educational practice and directly points to educational practice.This paper pursues the development direction of educational wisdom,and hopes that this work attempts to contribute to the solution of the problems studied,which will bring certain practical significance to the education and teaching of primary school teachers.The thesis divided into five parts:The first part: the interpretation of educational wisdom.Mainly from two parts to explain: the basic characteristics of educational wisdom,the type of educational wisdom.The second part: the analysis framework of primary school teachers' educational wisdom.It defines the basic characteristics and types of educational wisdom,so as to clarify the manifestation of educational wisdom of primary school teachers.According to this,we can clearly understand that the forms of primary school teachers' educational wisdom are: the guidance of educational resources construction,the improvement of occasion of teaching process,the diversity of teaching methods,the moderation of education and teaching management,and the sensitivity of educational situation,comprehensiveness of reflection on education and teaching.The third part: the practical investigation of primary school teachers' educational wisdom.Based on the related theoretical knowledge and analysis framework of educational wisdom,this part has compiled an interview outline,which is to understand the current situation of primary school teachers' educational wisdom by means of empirical investigation,and to integrate the specific behaviors of teachers and students in the classroom into the practical investigation in order to present the specific objective situation.The fourth part: the analysis of the factors that restrict the development of primary school teachers' educational wisdom.Based on the analysis of the interview content.it is clear that the main factors restricting the educational wisdom of primary school teachers are personal factors and external environmentThe five part: the cultivation strategy of primary school teachers' educational wisdom.According to the survey,this part presents the specific cultivation strategies of primary school teachers' educational wisdom.Mainly including: one is ultimately attributed to the passionate career pursuit,another is the noble moral cultivation of self-cultivation,the synchronous promotion of teaching and learning,the construction of flexibility of wisdom action,the source of three self-examination to stimulate wisdom,and the compliance of educational law and realization of the art of moistening things.This paper is expected to inject new sources of educational wisdom,explain the current development of educational wisdom based on the combination of theory and practice,so as to present a dynamic and complete model for primary school teachers with various results during their education and teaching growth.
