| The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in order to build a high-quality teacher team in the new era,it is necessary to promote the implementation of the plan of strengthening teachers for basic education in the new era and cultivate teachers who can impart morality and knowledge.Researching the educational wisdom of outstanding Mongolian teachers,extracting and summarizing their educational thoughts and valuable experiences accumulated in actual teaching,can provide reference suggestions for the professional development of young Mongolian teachers,promote the construction of high-quality teacher teams,and accelerate the reform and development of China’s basic education.This study used the oral history research method to select outstanding middle school Mongolian teachers in Tongliao,Inner Mongolia as the research objects.Through semi-structured open-ended interviews and material collection,the study focused on their viewpoints on Mongolian teaching and educational work.The educational wisdom of outstanding Mongolian teachers was presented through their descriptions and data collection.The basic content of the research is as follows:The introduction introduces the research background,discusses the practical significance and academic value of studying the educational wisdom of outstanding Mongolian teachers,and determines the research methods and process based on the review of existing research results at home and abroad.Chapter One presents the oral viewpoints of outstanding Mongolian teachers on education,teachers,students,and Mongolian curriculum without excessive interpretation,directly presenting their educational wisdom to readers.Chapter Two objectively analyzes and rationally discusses the internal and external factors that affect the formation of the educational wisdom of the research objects.Chapter Three summarizes the enlightenment and suggestions behind the educational wisdom of the research objects.With a deeper understanding of the educational viewpoints of middle school Mongolian teachers,this chapter summarizes the inspiration for the professional development of Mongolian teachers from their growth experience and outstanding qualities and provides suggestions for Mongolian subject construction based on their high-frequency concerns about education and teaching.The conclusion summarizes the study and reveals the shortcomings,and further clarifies the future research direction.The study hopes to establish a closer and more effective cooperation between educational theorists and front-line teachers,to promote the harmonious relationship between educational theory and practice,and to promote the rapid development of education. |
