Learning motivation is one of the important issues in the psychology research. The problems about learning motivation research in China have been paid more attention, but for the survey for learning motivation about specific student in college has not much. Learning motivation is one of the important factors which affect the university students' quality of education and teaching. The study for the normal students' learning motivation in second-degree is helpful to analyze influencing factors in learning motivation through understanding different students' existing diversity and performance of learning motivation. Through the above study, we can help them improve learning behavior and learning efficiency, and provide reference for our following reform to second-degree for education. This study based on the questionnaire investigation and analysis of 932 college students and carried on the detailed interview to 8 students in Inner Mongolia Normal University, conclusions can be classified into the following:1. On the view of normal students' learning motivation in second-degree for education, there are about 19.2% of students have a little problem in their learning motivation, which necessary can adjust; about 76% of college students have certain problems and trouble in learning motivation, which can adjust; 4.8% of college students have serious problem, which must adjust. From the survey results, we know that we should strengthen students' understanding of second-degree for education, handle the relations between second-degree course and specialized course, and enhance students'learning enthusiasm about second-degree for education. College students'learning motivation problems from low to high is learning goals, learning interests and strong or weak motivation. 2. The gender difference is significant in learning motivation disturbance to normal students'in second-degree for education. There is not significant gender differences appeared in the scoring for learning motivation question "the motivation is whether too weak or too strong", but the gender differences are very remarkable in "learning interest is whether too weak" and "troubles in learning objectives". There are also grade differences among college students' learning motivation disturbance. The answer differences about the questions "the motivation is whether too weak" and "troubles for learning objectives" among high grade students are not remarkable. But the opposite answer is very remarkable among them. There are extremely remarkable differences in learning motivation disturbance of different majors in college. There is not extreme difference in different types of students'learning motivation disturbance. The difference on learning motivation question "the motivation is whether too weak" is extremely significant. But the difference on questions "the motivation is whether too strong", "troubles in learning interest" and "troubles in learning objectives" are not remarkable.3. The normal students'learning motivation in second-degree for education is mainly influenced by mainly affected by following factors:the employment pressure, learning environment, the curriculum design, teachers' teaching, learning state, and learning interest.
