This paper employed College Students Learning Adaptation Scale and Learning Motivation Scale to examine the Free Normal and Non-free normal students’ study the Learning Adaptation and Learning Motivation among the certain Normal University undergraduate students, took the freshman to grade four students for the study of the respondents.To compare the Free Normal Education with the Non-free Normal Education students’ Learning Adaptability, the result shows that, for the overall analysis, Non-free Normal Education students’ Learning Adaptation were better than Free Normal Education students’. The arts and Free Normal Education students’ Learning Adaptation were better than the science and Free Normal Education students’. The male and Non-free Normal Education students’ Learning Adaptability were better than the female and Non-free Normal Education students’. The rural and Non-free Normal Education students’ Learning Adaptability were better than The city and Non-free Normal Education students.To compare the Free Normal Education with the Non-free Normal Education students’ Learning Motivation, the result shows that, for the overall analysis, Free Normal Education students’ Learning Adaptability were better than Non-free Normal Education students’. The male and Non-free Normal Education students’Learning Motivation were better than the female and Non-free Normal Education students’.The Free Normal and Non-free Normal students’ background variables and the Learning Motivation are as Learning Adaptability’s affecting factors to set up the structural equation modeling. The conclusions show that,l. The professional, grade, gender were affected the Learning Adaptability significantly.2. The Free Normal Education, Grade, Gender were indirect affect the Learning Adaptability through the Learning Motivation.3. The Professional and the Learning Motivation were negative influence the Learning Adaptability.4. The Free Normal Education, Grade, Gender were positive influence the Learning Adaptability.The Comparative Research of Learning Adaptability and Learning Motivation between Free Normal Education and Non-free Normal Education Students’ conclusions are provide the Free Normal Education students some theoretical basis and guidance.And the paper contain some theoretical and practical significance meanings.
