At present, there are a variety of theories and ideas and patterns of school management and reformation came out, but in middle-school management, much serious trouble and problems are still included,the poor results and low happiness of teachers work; low efficiency of school teaching and management; The lack of permission and big drop in school management;Lack of individuality and the homogenization. According to the objective laws, these problems exist not only today, past but also in future. In the educational history of china, a lot of outstanding performance middle-school came out in the early of 1900s, recalling those management practice and concluding those successful experience, we can provide an important reference for management and development of today's secondary schools.This paper studied the Chunhui Middle-School and Nankai Middle School, focused on the significant experience in the school management practice from the two well-known secondary schools in the early Republic.
