Secondary school, as a very critical period in education, on the one hand, she was facing the dual pressures of further studies and employment; on the other hand, she has to pay enough attention to students'physical and mental development. It is a unique contradiction, school in any historical period can not avoid. Then many problems in school management came about, which confused our principles all the time, and will always haunt us. Now, our education calls for change, and middle school is trying to seek her way out of contradiction. Ideas, theories on school management shown up, some management reform was taken, but most middle schools still can not get ride of the mud of the contradiction. However, some famous schools in the Republic of China has already provided us experience in school management, Chunhui Middle School is one of the successful cases. So, if we have an objective view of "pure education", learn the wisdom of management experience from Chunhui, and sum up. It will be a great benefit for us to recognize the problems in school management reform, and improve the effectiveness of the reform.This paper, focusing on how to apply "pure education" thought to school running, and what kind of management tools are needed, is written as followed:The first chapter is introduction, defining the research topic, describing the purpose, significance and status of the research, introducing research ideas, methods, and innovation. The second Chapter, answers the question:"how can the 'pure education' thought came out?" Chapter III defines "pure education", and explains ideological content. Chapter IV focuses on education practice in Chunhui Middle School, containing teaching management, teacher management, student management, and change management. Chapter V summarizes the management experience in Chunhui Middle School, and tries to give some inspiration to the present school management reform.
