1981-2008 A Study About The Implementation Survey Of The Overseas Projects Of Education In China

1981-2008 Overseas and international organization carried out a lot of aid Projects in China, which has accelerated the development of elementary education and nine yeas compulsory education.In the paper, we use "The thesis is focused on the Study about the Survey of the overseas projects of Education in china" and discusses the implementation of overseas projects in China as a whole.Firstly, the study introduces the historical evolution of the overseas projects, such as educational loan on elementary education in China made by World Bank, United Nations subordinate organization's projects European Union's projects and some developed countries' projects.The study is education on the overall analysis of hardware construction, software construction, "overflow" achievements and propaganda project's experience as "the third eye". Especially, overseas project make tremendous contribution for promoting education for nation for nationalities and girl in China.Each kind of question which appears in the process of overseas projects has also been analyzed.Such as the weak force of publicity, the frequent flow of the staff, the lack of communication and integration between each kind of projects, the imperfect control system of funds, the prominent questions of personnel training, the insufficient consolidation of work and so on.At last,we proposed the related target-oriented countermeasures in order to implement better for the later overseas project.
