Research On The Evolution Of Project Operation In Institutional Development ——Take The S-organization Project To Help The Elderly As An Example

With the development of China’s reform and opening up,China’s aging trend has gradually intensified,and the survival problems of vulnerable groups such as empty nest elderly,elderly people who have lost their independence,disabilities,serious illnesses,and low-income elderly people on the edge of the city have attracted more and more attention from society.At the same time,the harmonious development of society is closely related to the lives of the elderly,and the marginalized plight of the elderly in distress needs to be improved.Based on his own practical experience,the author uses the observation method,the interview method,supplemented by the literature method as a research,relying on the three elderly assistance projects of S S Social Work Agency "Parents in A Foreign Land","Children in a Foreign Land" and "Neighborhood Mutual Love",with the help of the two-dimensional structure analysis tool of values,to explore the changes in the objectives of the three elderly assistance projects in the purpose dimension and the change of methods and strategies in the technical dimension,and then classify the evolution characteristics of the elderly assistance projects,in order to provide a certain reference for the development of the social work institutions’ elderly assistance projects.The study found that S social work institutions linked migrant mother volunteers and elderly people in difficulties through the "Foreign Parents" project;then,through the "Foreign Children" project,they claimed the roles of children from other places,and further carried out community activities and lectures to promote their healthy physical and mental development,and had peer support to better integrate into society.And broaden the scope of the service group for the elderly in distress from the three districts of Shenyang to each district,expanding the social influence;finally,through the "neighborhood mutual love" project to enrich the spiritual and cultural world of the elderly,while carrying out professional case service tracking,excavating the further needs of the elderly,docking social resources.The purpose of this study is to analyze and summarize the evolution of the elderly assistance projects of S institutions,broaden the service model of elderly assistance services,and explore professional service skills,so that social work institutions can accurately grasp the needs of elderly service recipients and better carry out elderly assistance services.It is also hoped that society can pay more attention to the group of elderly people in urban fringe distress,improve their basic lives,realize the enjoyment of the old,the learning of the old,the old do something,and the old people have dependence,and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
