Youth Leadership Development In International Non-governmental Organizations

With the arrival of economic globalization, the world's political, economic, and cultural development of the urgent need to meet the leadership of the new era of requirements persons have, and the discretion of everybody has to become the leader is more acceptable ,therefore leadership development, leadership education to flourish in recent years. Following the enterprise managers, government officials, leadership development, the leadership of the field of education have become increasingly concerned about the future leader - training and education of young generation. However, leadership development of the younger generation is not only school's responsibility, to facing the diversified, rapidly developing world, from all social groups can participate. International non-governmental organization with its extensive social support, broaden its horizons, and flexible way of the activities of the role of youth leadership development significantly, and being develop.In this paper, on the current international non-governmental organizations to sort out the youth leadership, analysis, and summing up the advantages and disadvantages which, combined with international non-governmental organizations and our current youth leadership development present situation related to thinking and recommendations.Concrete can be divided into four parts:The first part, introduction, proposed questions and related literature are reviewed, on this basis, explain the values, purpose, content and methods of this thesis.The second part, both from history and current needs inherited international non-governmental organizations concerned and involved in youth leadership development context, which followed the main analysis of the historical development of leadership education and development of the common historical heritage; real need from the global community development, international development non-governmental organizations, youth development, self-analysis of three reasons. The third part, sort of international non-governmental organization status of the young leadership development, including the number of participating organizations, type of development overview of current and broad participation of organizations and the training methods of classification. Then, show the current international non-governmental organizations in the youth leadership development approach taken in the main method of training content.The fourth part based on the presents to analysis of the advantages they have ,including the flexibility, participation, international perspective, a wide range of social support and the disadvantages they have ,including lack of long-term evaluation mechanism, the lack of systematic theoretical study of leadership, there is the value of international value system and the local community system deficiencies and many other conflicts. Finally, the characteristics of international non-governmental organizations and the status quo of Chinese youth leadership development given two pieces of advise.
