The Research Of Autonomy Of Non-government Environmental Organizations

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the issue of ecological environment becomes even sharper.In recent years,air pollution,water pollution and ecological damage come out frequently in China.Environment problems have some marked features,such as the widely polluted range,the long remediation cycle and the difficult administration period.Therefore,multi-participation and co-governance are important for environmental governance in China.Compared with the slow development of domestic environmental protection organizations,the international environmental non-governmental organizations have a more clear organizational mission and sense of responsibility.International environment non-governmental organizations also have good organizational structure,abundant project funds and technical experts and a wealth of experience in environmental projects.They can quickly explore environmental issues,promote open discussion on environmental issues,and propose solutions actively.The promotion of autonomy of non-governmental organizations means that the overall quality of the organization,professional ability,service ability and innovation ability.Autonomy plays an important role to complete the organizational mission and enhance the protection of public interests.The improvement of the autonomy of international environment non-governmental organizations in China will help to broaden the breadth and depth of its activities,and help them have more environmental protection options and more flexible professional environmental skills application space.Therefore,it is significant to study how to guarantee the autonomy of international environment non-governmental organizations in China.International environmental non-governmental organizations participate in environmental governance in China will play an important role in promoting the environment protection,and it is also beneficial to the domestic environmental organizations.Based on the theory of new institutionalism and resource dependence,this paper puts forward the legitimacy of organization and the ability of organization can influence the autonomy of international environmental non-governmental organizations in China.Through case studies,this paper analyzes organizational legitimacy and organizational capacity resources how to affect the autonomy of international environmental non-governmental organizations in China.In the meantime,this paper constructs the mechanism of autonomous realization of international environmental non-governmental organizations,hoping to provide new thinking in how to promote autonomy of international environment non-governmental organizations in China.
