Web-based Management Mode Of College Sports Teacher Evaluation

The university public physical education teachers' prime task is the sports teaching, and the public physical education teachers' teaching has the immediate influence to students' sports study, also the physical education learning extent of college students affect to the formation of students' lifelong physical culture custom. As school physical education teachers, the public school teachers lead the function to student's sports learning. Therefore, students'evaluation of public physical education teachers can effectively guarantee their physical learning affection; also it can contribute to the improvement of public physical education teachers' teaching quality. The Web-based Management of College Sports teacher evaluation is different from the traditional forms. This kind of evaluation form set the higher occupation request to public physical education teachers; also it can urge the school organizers to improve the development of this evaluation form.As the public physical education teachers' specificity of knowledge instruction, it makes the study of public physical education teachers is particularly special and important. Therefore, this study based on a large number of theoretical studies, using questionnaires, mathematical statistics, Delphi and other research methods. We carried on the questionnaire survey to the East China Science and Technology University's 30 public physical education teachers, and the effective recycling questionnaire were 29,the effectiveness is 97%. We carried on the questionnaire survey to the East China Science and Technology University's 80 students, and the effective recycling questionnaires were 79, the effectiveness is 99%. We interviewed some leaders and experts about the Web-based Management of College Sports teacher evaluation's characteristic and insufficiency.1.
