With the continuous development of human civilization, media have appeared constantly updated changes. And media also have a certain effect on evolution of the Organizational form of teaching.Organizational form of teaching has developed from individual teaching, to group teaching, to the remote group and individual teaching. And instructional media has developed from spoken language, written language to multiplex and modern media. It is worth to study the relationship between the two.This paper attempts to research the relationship between organizational form of teaching and instructional media from macro-dynamic point, and sort out the history of evolution of organizational forms of teaching, and then study it according to its inherent rules. Through comparative analysis of various organizational forms of teaching, this paper will make some advice to teachers in the choice of instructional media.Introduction explains the origin and significance of topics of this paper, the definition of the concepts, current researches, research path and methods.The first chapter describes the individual teaching concept and its characteristics, and introduces the representatives of ancient Chinese individual teaching (Confucian private school), and then analyze the influence of spoken language and written language to individual teaching.The second chapter describes germination of ancient Chinese collective teaching and its forms of Sheng-tang speaking and collective speaking, and then presents the influence of paper and print appearance to collective teaching germination at that time.The third chapter introduces class-based teaching system, which is the institutionalization of collective teaching, elaborates the influence of traditional and modern teaching media to class-based teaching system, and then describes the relationship between the modern instructional media and the diversity of modern organizational forms.In conclusion, through a macro dynamic and historical perspective, this paper analyzes that the different instructional media have different roles and impact in different organizational forms, and then makes some advice for teachers to choose and combine instructional media to optimize the teaching effectiveness.
