Jilin province since 2009 the implementation of "the special teachers plan", in recent years, group after group of the teachers have become the backbone of rural primary and secondary schools. Seems to be in the eyes of people after graduating from university attended "duty" has a relatively stable job is worth envy, however, those with the glory of "teachers" halo of young people to be going to work in which problems encountered in practical life and work? They whether to have the job satisfaction? After the expiration of three years, hills, then they will go? These are all bystanders seldom to think, but as a member of teachers, the author deeply realize, teachers condition exists some problems, these problems are worth studying and in-depth discussion.To detailed describe real existence of "teachers", chosen from taonan in jilin province nearly 200 middle and primary school of "teachers" as the research object, by questionnaire survey as the main research methods, supplemented by interview method, comparative method, etc. From "teachers" wages, welfare treatment, work pressure, interpersonal relationship, marriage and the future choice and so on objective reflects a problem for the teachers, and to analyze these problems. Combined with the results of the survey, summed up the survival status of teachers has the following five features:one is relatively low wages and no security benefits; 2 it is to bring the huge pressure of heavy workload; Three is a single block of "life" and the complex interpersonal relationship; Four is the love marriage encounter all sorts of embarrassing; Five is the future choice of confusion.To analysis the cause of the above phenomenon, mainly for:the administrative department of education unfair distribution system; Evaluation system is not perfect; Financial support is not strong enough; The special teachers ignore the work and life. Schools in the division of labor is not clear; Unreasonable evaluation management system; Ignore teachers psychological, family and marriage. Slow transition, teachers themselves and the resilience poor; Induction motivation with utility; Autonomous learning consciousness is not strong. In order to promote the "teachers" to further improve the living condition, based on the above problems, put forward the following Suggestions:one, the administrative department of education to improve the distribution system and evaluation system; Intensify financial support. Attention, teachers work and life. Second, the school has clear division of teaching; The implementation of humanized evaluation management system; Attention, teacherspsychological, family and marriage. Third, teachers themselves to improve the ability of individuals to adapt to the environment; Improve personal accomplishment; Increase awareness of autonomous learning.
