With the gradual emergence of the importance role that early education had play in children's development,the country and society has paid more and more attention to early education.On this background,a wide variety of early education institutions have been being developed.The focus of people is on the curriculum provision,environment and facilities of the institution.People tend to explore teachers' professional quality and judge the level of teachers in early education institutions,but there wasn't enough interest on the living condition of teachers in early education institutions.What's the real living condition of early education institution's teachers?What are their inner thoughts and desires?The researcher carried out the study with these problems.This study takes three teacher of X early education institution as the research object,adopts the narrative research method supplemented by observation method and in-depth interview method to present a panoramic view of their school life "one day",and they showed step by step,busy and confused respectively.In this study,the researcher reveal teachers' living condition in multiple dimensions by listening to teachers' inner voice,such as their view of his or her profession,the benefit they've got or problems they've faced,their relationships,the condition of their professional development and what do they do in their spare time.After revealing their real living condition,this study analyzes the hope and dilemma that teachers faced.The hope is that the policy issued by the state provides a guarantee for teachers and teachers have a firm belief and want to improve their quality.The dilemma is that teachers are not recognized for their social status because of the society's shallow knowledge of them,the existing rough policy can't fully guarantee teacher's legal rights,the lack of scientific management of early education institutions,teachers lack a clear career plan and in-depth understanding of professional development.These problems restrict the development of teachers in different degree and influence teachers' living condition.On the basis of analysis,the study puts forward some suggestions to improve the living condition of teachers in early education institutions.The society should guide people's understanding of teachers in the correct direction of public opinion to improve their social status.The government is supposed to formulate more detailed policies to guarantee teacher's rights,and establish professional standards for teachers of early education institutions to regulate their development.The early education institutions should strengthen scientific management,improve the training system and promote the professional development of teachers.As far as teachers are concerned,on the one hand,they must have clear perception about their career,keep the faith and develop a clear career plan.on the other hand,they must develop a deeper understanding of professional development and improve their professional quality.Only in this way can they put themselves into work and life in a better state.
