Preschool education in rural areas is the weak aspect of preschool education in China,and it is also an important bottleneck restricting the whole improvement of the quality of preschool education in china.The key to the development of preschool education in rural areas is the teachers' team,and the living conditions of rural preschool teachers are the premise of affecting the teachers' enthusiasm and the steady and sustained development of the teachers' team.In this study,through the integrated use of literature,questionnaire,interviews and other research methods,this study makes a full investigation of the real living conditions of rural preschool teachers in Anshan,and finds out that the salaries of rural preschool teachers in Anshan are relatively satisfactory;Their burden of work pressure is large;their occupation identity is low;their professional development level is not optimistic.In order to improve the living conditions of rural preschool teachers in Anshan,improving the enthusiasm of the work,and developing and the teacher's team better and more stable.There are four main factors which influence the situation,such as the government,the society,the kindergarten and the teachers themselves.According to those,here are some suggestions : First of all,the local government could provide support and sufficient financial support;Secondly,they could improve the public rational cognition of preschool teachers;Thirdly,the kindergarten should strengthen the humanistic management;Fourthly,rural preschool teachers should pay attention to their own development.
