Along with the development of information social, the lifelong education is valued day by day. It's more important to know how to study than want to study.While to the secondary vocational students' negative and passive study situation, the teacher has to help them shift the study style and develop their self-regulated learning competence in the academics teaching. It will be good to cultivate the students'innovation spirit and practice ability, it will be good to cultivate high-quality-oriented skillful talents and to its need of a stable development.According to the questionnaire of secondary vocational students' self-regulated learning competence on maths,it has been testified that they have low motive level,they can't establish a study target, they are short of self-regulated learning strategy,they can't introspect and evaluate in the learning process, the self-regulated learning competence need to be raised.The paper analyzed the current study of self-regulated learning at home and abroad and understood the theory foundation of fostering self-regulated learning competence and acquired mechanism and impact factor, comprehended the concept of self-regulated learning and self-regulated learning competence on maths. On the foundation, the writer put forward self-regulated learning competence structure, including motive to encourage ability, target constitution ability, strategy use ability and course to evaluate ability. This paper try to explore an effective strategy on cultivating students'self-regulated learning competence through maths teaching by focusing on the features of students and secondary vocational maths,and the specialty of secondary vocational education to illustrate how tocultivate students'self-regulated study competence from four aspects:(1) Developing motive to encourage ability:Raises a student's self-efficacy and active attribution. (2) Promoting a target constitution ability:Establish a concretely viable study target.(3) Training a strategy use ability:Help a student to control certain self-regulated learning strategy, such as reading strategy, solution strategy, summarizing strategy, self-practice and self-checking strategy, self-supervision strategy etc.(4) Raising course evaluation ability:Train student for introspecting learning process, evaluation ability.To test the theory's possibility, the experiment carried out in a semester.Through a significant analysis and the results of questionnaire, it showed:in the development process of self-regulated learning competence, developing motive to encourage ability and promoting a target constitution ability, training a strategy use ability and raising course evaluation ability can raise the secondary vocational students's self-regulated learning competence to some extent.
