Study On The Influential Factors Of Standardization In The Role Construction Of Community Volunteers

After the founding of New China, the spirit of the voluntary service and helpfulness have been further promoted, As the community volunteer is an important component of volunteer service system, has also been on increasing public concern. It has played an important role in the community of civilized construction and even in the whole harmonious development of society. However, there are many problems for building of contingent of community volunteers today. Such as "Uncle Leifeng comes in March, leaves in April" tend to be the shape of a situation that is not uncommon in the community volunteer service and so on. This is not conducive to the community volunteer team developed rapidly, it will affect the function of community seriously. Through the research on the influential factor of the role construction of community volunteer,to devise a way to enable community volunteer team become more standardization.this is the trend of history and it is also the demand of the timeIn this paper, a study of the development of community volunteers conducted in Changsha, based on sociological research perspective, through the questionnaire survey, case law information-gathering interviews and documentation to take a combination of quantitative and qualitative research approach to explore and describe the development of community volunteers as well as the affected factors of the standardization in the role construction of the community volunteers.Through studying, The major findings is that the development of community volunteers in the organization due to management, system design, as well as volunteer professional quality, etc. is not sufficiently standardized, thus the community volunteers capabilities have been restricted seriously. The main factors causing these problems is the role of community volunteers in the construction process had been impacted by dual factors what "he" and "self" is, in which the citizenship, community environment, organizational environment are more pronounced. Lastly, the write hope to find and attempt to explore a more standardized way for the development of a community volunteers through summarize and discuss.
