Research On Psychological Counseling In The Course Of Ideological And Political Education In Univerities

Universities are the place for cultivating talent students, ideological and political education has been playing an irreplaceable role in universities. With the rapid economic and social development, the recognization of the world, life and values has undergone a subtle change in the special group of students, so it should be paid highly attention. At the new historical era, Universities tend to pay more and more attention to the process of "educating heart", which dominates the whole educational project of "educating people", and gradually going deeper into the psychology level of students. Thus, psychological counseling plays a prominent role in the educational process and the educational work is more delicate. As a means of ideological and political education, psychological couseling has much more advantage of its obvious complementary and adjustive function, especially stressing "ecological thought" in this passage, and it is well introduced into the theoretical and practical level of ideological and political education in order to promote the ecological balance of the four elements including educators, learners, educational carrier and educational environment. Thereby, it seems to inspire the overall effect and enhance the effect of ideological and political education. The author has done the 600 questionnaires'survey of some universities, trying to analyse the current development of psychological counseling in the view of political and ideological education, dipicting the reason why psychological counseling is in an embarrassing "siege" position in practice and summarizing the ecological crisis in the development of ideological and political education. On this basis, the author proposes ways to strengthen psychological counseling in the process of ideological and political education as follows:to open psychological guidance program as the main channel, to connect the mental health education with cultural activities on campus, to develop the peer counseling, to deepen the professional training of the ideological and political workers, to combine the universities with families and society together to build the new model of psychological counseling, and to do further research on the ecological concept of psychological counseling.
