Research On Psychological Counseling Ability Of Education Workers In University Ideology And Politics

This study is to construct the ideological and political education workers psychological counseling ability structure model as the main purpose,in the ideological and political education workers as the research object,through behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey method,the psychological counseling education education workers in deep mining ability structure and its core elements.First of all,select Xihua university,Sichuan university,Nanyang polytechnic institute,Nanyang normal university,Henan normal university,Henan university and colleges and universities by leaders,colleagues and students consistent rate higher,and work in the education teaching experience for more than five years including counselor,ideological theory class teachers,the school and the school party branch personnel,ideological and political education workers,15 by behavioral event interview(BEI)on the depth interview,then based on the methodology of grounded theory,using qualitative analysis software Nvivo encodes interview data analysis and generic,Preliminary extraction insight and evaluation ability,the ability to build relationships,ability of adapt to society and life guidance,psychological training guidance ability,learning,psychological guidance,psychological crisis intervention,a total of six dimensions 17 ability factor of ideological and political education workers psychological counselling competence theory model.The second,using the method of questionnaire survey,according to the theoretical model feature of the ideological and political education workers psychological counseling ability structure questionnaire "as a research tool,after the investigation object forecast of targeted the questionnaire was revised;Trying stage is provincial focus on the domestic national key university,the university as well as ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities,such as 260 performance of ten colleges of higher ideological and political education workers were tested,using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 exploratory factor analysis was carried out on the acquired data,take out the psychological counseling capacity six dimensions,after using AMOS23.0 to confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling software to further verify the six ability dimension indicators reasonably.The research mainly draws the following conclusions:First,the structural model of the psychological counseling ability of ideological and political educators in universities covers a total of six dimensions of psychological counseling.1.The dimension of “Insight and Evaluation Ability” contains two factors: insight and discrimination;2.The dimension of “ Ability to Establish Relationships” covers two factors: counseling and communication skills,and professional character;3.The dimension of “Self-mental Training Ability” includes five factors: self-awareness,emotional management,willpower,positive attitude,self-growth;4.The dimension of “Social and Life Adaptation and Guidance Ability” includes four factors: interpersonal relationship guidance,emotional distress guidance,anti-frustration training,and career planning guidance;5.The dimension of “Learning Psychological Guidance Ability”includes two factors: learning management and leisure management;6.The dimension of “Psychological Crisis Intervention Capacity”covers two factors: life education and psychological crisis prevention awareness,psychological crisis intervention and treatment.Second,the significance of psychological counseling ability structural factors of the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities on their work.The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that “ the ability to establish relationships”is particularly important for their ideological and political education work,followed by insight and assessment capabilities,social and life adaptation and guidance skills,as well as self-discipline guidance.Finally,the above conclusion for ideological and political education workers selection,training,promotion and management to provide empirical reference for,in order to further enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work.
