Relationship Of Ideological And Political Education And Psychological Counseling

As more and more intense social competition and the reform of university system and other reasons, result in the psychological problems of undergraduate rising sharply in recent years, the complexion gradually expose the backwardness and weaknesses of psychological counseling, these problems take some new challenges for Ideological and Political Education of university. At present, to improve the psychological quality of young students have been attached weight by our government and universities, and which has become the consensus of the whole society, however ,due to the development of college counseling is not yet mature, the colleges and universities have leaded to confuse the Ideological and Political Education with Psychological Counseling, then, the situation is not conducive to works of Ideological and Political Education and Psychological Counseling smoothly. Psychological health education and training of psychological quality need to develop coordinately, therefore, to distinguish their relationship, make the universities to awareness and understanding the difference and connection between them, on this basis, to complete each other, learn from each other, for development of the Ideological and Political Education and Psychological Counseling, training qualified talent, there has great practical significance.This paper analyzes the inadequacies and the existing problems of Ideological and Political Education and Psychological Counseling, focusing on theoretical analysis of their relationship, which aims to resolve the mistakes of people's understanding of the relationship, make people aware of the difference and connection between them, on the basis of their independence, we can draw on the experience of their theories and methods and put forward the new way from them that learning each other and developing coordinately, to promote development and improvement of their respective disciplines, to achieve goals of educating people together. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part, this paper describes the background of relationship between Ideological and Political Education and Psychological Counseling. This paper analyzes the contemporary college students Psychological Counseling facing three problems, and analyzes some existing deficiencies of Ideological and Political Education from Psychological Counseling.The second part, this paper elaborates relationship between Ideological and Political Education and Psychological Counseling. First, this paper separately defines their concept and content, and then starts from the ideological problems and psychological problems to analyze their dialectical relationship in-depth. The third part, this paper puts forward Ideological and Political Education and Psychological Counseling to learn from each other and coordinated development. On the basis of that analyze their conditions and advantages, I put forward three new ways which can make them coordinated development.
