The Study On The Management System Reform Of Kindergartens Affiliated To Universities

As the development of the economic reformation, the reformation of enterprises and public institutions are becoming more intensive than before. As a part of elementary education, the early childhood education has participated in this reformation already. This thesis chooses kindergartens affiliated to universities as cases, try to find out the process of the management system of kindergartens affiliated to universities. Analyzing problems of this reformation, finding out factors for those problems and giving out appropriate countermeasures in conclusion.The first part is introduction. This part introduces the backgrounds and reasons for this research:kindergartens affiliated to universities began with the reformation, but they're not initiative, they're passive. So, there're different situations for their developing process. Under similar backgrounds, some of kindergartens affiliated to universities have good development perspectives, while, some of them are in a bind. For finding out reasons for this phenomenon, I investigated three kindergartens affiliated to universities and analyzed their different problems.The second part refers to the reformation of kindergarten system. This part describes the process of the reformation of kindergarten system first, then analyses the influences on the kindergartens and sort out three stages for the management system of kindergartens affiliated to universities at last.The third part refers to instances for the management system of kindergartens affiliated to universities. This part is on the basis of my interviews for kindergarten heads and early childhood education teachers. First part describes the relationship between kindergartens and their administration sections. Second part describes the management system reform for the interior of kindergartens.The last part refers to the factors of the management system of kindergartens affiliated to universities and some appropriate countermeasures.
