Predicament And Outlet Of Social Work Value Localization

At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, and many new social problems and new service functions appeared.In order to solve these problems, we need the social work's cooperation, and these new service functions need the social work to undertake. Therefore, the development of the social work is related to social stability and harmony. However, now the social work faces many difficulties, the most difficult thing is the localization of the social work value in china.Because the value was derived from the western society. As the core of the social work, the value plays an important role in social work.Without the value's leading, the social work practice will lose its direction which is not conductive to the harmonious development of our country. Therefore, "the localization of social work value" is becoming a hot topic for study. This article is to study the subject from the perspective of the plight.This article bases on the analysis of relevant literature to explain the emergence of the social work value and the development process, which reveals the localization of social work values and their meanings. Taking this as the foundation, through analysis of the background of the social work value's localization, I propose that the social work value's localization is facing many problems. These are the common places between social work values and our country traditional values are still not clear, and the social work values practice channels are impeded. This article is combined with the causes of these difficulties, and proposes the solutions:taking Chinese traditional opinion "People-oriented" as a breakthrough point and the government making it clear on the social work post distribution and so on.
