Predicament And Countermeasures For The Development Of Hub-type Social Work Agencies

Hub-type social work agencies are the new products of the social work industry that embrace the development of the times and meet the needs of the industry.Hub-type social work agencies are social work agencies within the social work industry that are recognized by relevant government departments to provide incubation and training,policy interpretation,project creation and investment,and demand reflection services for social work agencies,and are also committed to undertaking community public service projects outsourced by the government to meet the needs of community residents,serving both social work agencies in the same industry and community residents.Hub-type social work agencies are Hub-type social work agencies have the functions of supplying public services,incubating and nurturing social work agencies,promoting communication and coordination among various departments,and guiding and regulating the development of the industry.The development status of hub-type social work institutions is the key to determine whether they can effectively contribute to social construction and social governance.Based on the background of the current development of hub-type social work in Hainan,this study takes the hub-type social work institutions in Hainan as the research object,explores the development status and dilemma of the hub-type social work institutions,and proposes countermeasures to crack the dilemma of the hub-type social work institutions in Hainan Province by combining the actual research data.This paper is mainly based on qualitative research,using a semi-structured interview method to study the development dilemma of hub-type social work in Hainan.Therefore,the author firstly compares the background and current situation of the development of domestic hub-type social work organizations,understands the origin and development status of domestic pivotal social work organizations,establishes the overall cognitive framework of hub-type social work organizations,and explores the hub-type social work organizations in the process of development from the perspective of resource dependency theory.The study also explores the dilemmas and directions of hub-type social work organizations in the development process through the lens of resource dependency theory.On this basis,the current development status,organizational structure,service content and talent team of Hainan's hub-type social work institutions are sorted out and refined.Combined with the information from the field research on the internal and external environment of the agency to conduct a comprehensive analysis,so as to explore the development of Hainan hub social work agency dilemma.The results of the survey found that the main dilemmas are related to the professional capacity building of the hub-type social work organizations,the relationship between the government and the pivotal social work organizations,the single source of resources,and the lagging construction of the talent team.In view of the above problems and dilemmas,we analyze the causes and propose corresponding countermeasures at the levels of government and pivotal social work organizations.This study provides a complement to the study of hub social work in Hainan,and aims to promote the healthy development of hub social work organizations and large communities in Hainan.
