The Research On Curriculum Design Of ED.M In Education Management

This article was on base of understanding of Master Degree in Education and holding of the entire problem of curriculum design of ED.M in education management. This paper interpreted the special problems and analyzed the reasons and provided solutions on curriculum design of ED.M in education management. This essay used comparative method to analysis the overall problem of curriculum design of ED.M in education management. It mainly presented the uniform curriculum system, unreasonable curriculum structure, vague curriculum function, too much foreign language and neglecting practical curriculum, and so on. This paper used interview method to collect information of curriculum design of ED.M in education management of Soochow University .The research found the problem of master degree courses ,professional courses, elective courses,and degree thesis. It analyzed carefully the reasons and put forward the foundation and special feature of curriculum design.At the same time, provided some suggestion on master degree courses, professional, elective, and degree thesis.
