| The education management of Professional degree education on ED.M aims toeducate high level and practical professional personnel for basic job in educationmanagement. The education of postgraduate in education management is benificial tothe development of Basic education career. However, The education management ofprofessional degree education on full-time ED.M as a new thing inevitably encountersproblems and challenges. Course learning is important section of graduate teachingprocess and plays an important role in professional degree education quality for ED.M.In addition, adjusting and optimizing curriculum design in education managementcould ensure education quality for full-time ED.M in education management.This article takes one Normal University as example and collect data. Throughthe interview to understand current situation of curriculum design of ED.M ineducation management, find out and analyse the problem on curriculum design.Through this interview, we know the main problem on curriculum design of ED.M ineducation management in a Normal University is: course structure not be reasonable,professional course not be outstanding, setting course according to the teachers,practical courses is ignored, and so on. The reason for leading to problems is:development history of Full-time professional degree education is short, School’signorance, Curriculum system not to be sound, The construction of faculty and Stablepractical teaching base should be enhanced, and so on.The article excepts finding out and analysing problems in depth, refers to thesuccessful experience of running of the professional degree education, on the basis ofthe requirements of major filed ’s training goalã€characteristics and principle ofcurriculum designã€the demand of graduate student’s growing up and adapting to thesocial development, and so on, come up with the conceive of adjusting and optimizingcurriculum design.
