A Study On Policy Support Of The Promotion Of College Students Employment

The employment is not only foundation of the livelihood of the people, but also plan of stabling country.College students are valuable human resources of the country, and the employment of university students in China's employment problems is the Strategic core question. Therefore, to solve the problem of employment of college students is especially important. However, employment of college students is more a matter of policy than that of society. To do researches on the policy support of employment of university students casts great theoretical and practical significance on solving the employment of university students, optimizing the structure of employment and promoting long-term social stability and harmonious development.Through collecting and analyzing large numbers of materials and data, the thesis points out that government policy support is the basic ways to solve the employment of college students by means of basing its studies on the overall employment situation of university students and the analysis of the reasons for difficult employment of university students. In complying with internationally accepted supply-demand paradigm and based on the special circumstance of household registration policy remaining problems still serious in our country, the paper emphatically analyzes these four key aspects which involves the employment of college students, such as household registration policy, demand promotion policy, supplies promotion policy and match promotion policy, and points out the difficulty of these policies. Furthermore, the thesis, with a view to levels of policy, offers some suggestion on policy to promote an effective solution of the problem of employment of university students through making use of beneficial experience outsides and relevant practical exploration insides.
