Research On The Optimization Of Employment Promotion Policy For College Graduates

Many scholars have been studying the employment of college graduates,but there are still many doubts.According to the current development of higher education,what is the development trend of education? Compared with other groups,where is the difficulty of employment of college graduates in China? In terms of the current form of employment development,what role can the policy of employment promotion put forward by the state play? Through a large number of investigations,the author has a certain understanding of the employment policy of college graduates,but the above problems still need to be further studied.It is in such an environment that the author chooses to study the promotion policy of college graduates’ employment as the topic of his master’s thesis,so as to increase the systematicness and scientificity of the research on employment.First of all,the research is mainly based on the relevant theories,so that the follow-up research results of employment promotion can have a strong scientific and theoretical value.Secondly,after analyzing the relevant data of the overall employment situation of college graduates in w City during the five years of development,we can understand the overall development situation and the causes of employment difficulties and other related problems.Thirdly,based on the city’s college graduates in the process of employment generated by the various cases of examples for more in-depth analysis.Then,it studies and elaborates the policy assistance that can effectively solve these employment problems.Finally,based on the overall employment development and the current situation of the relevant policies in the process of implementation,the author found that in addition to using more appropriate policies to help solve these problems,the government and relevant employers need to form cooperation to effectively solve the problem of graduates’ employment difficulties.From the perspective of long-term development,the most effective way to solve such problems in China is to make the proposal and implementation of policies meet the needs of the overall market development.
