The employment situation of college graduates is more and more serious in our country.There are many reasons for this,such as the rapid development of higher education,the structural adjustment of society and economy,the college personnel training mode and quality control,the employability skills of college students and so on.To solve the employment problem of college students,many scholars have carried on the all-round analysis and investigation which proposed many solutions from the political,economic,social,education point of view,even from the specific operating aspect.The theory of social human resource management emphasizes the introduction of successful human resource management theory and experience in the private sector and the rational flow and optimization of human resource in the whole society through the use of human resource management elements.From the perspective of social human resources management,modern social human resource management should allow more social organizations to participate in,and give full consideration to the needs and interests of the public.The problem of employment of college students is involving a wide range of social problems therefore,understanding correctly the employment of college graduates by using social human resource management theory and analysis of the measures taken by the government and society have become necessary and feasible.In this thesis,based on the investigation of present situation,the problems of Chinese college graduates employment have been analyzed in the perspective of social human resource management theory.The new public management ideas and methods have been creatively applied to solving the college of graduates employment which problems belongs to public service problem.Meanwhile,several suggestions have also been proposed,such as further improving the marketization degree of college graduates,establishing multivariate employment service for college students,designing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of college graduates employment,etc.In the social human resource management perspective,we should first deepen the basic theory research of employment,to learn more about the factors influencing the employment theory and means of promotion.to aim at the reality of the labor market,to study and formulate corresponding policies and measures.Strengthening employment promotion policy,propaganda and implementation link,and increasing the intensity of the specific implementation,ensure the implementation effect and improve the execution efficiency.Secondly,in order to improve the college graduates employment environment,on the one hand,we should promote the university and the job market,introduce and improve the market incentive mechanism,on the other hand,we should encourage enterprises to hiring and appointment promotes university-enterprise joint configuration,and through the power of public opinion and the media to strengthen among students,universities and employers the positive publicity and guidance,to promote the spread of the related policy and execution,and to create a good environment for the job market.
