In recent years,in the process of China's education system reform unceasingly thorough,the college enrollment has expanded,and in the number of college students continues to grow at the same time,the problem of employment of college graduates has become increasingly prominent.Especially for the poor college students,influenced by the social environment and personal growth environment,quality level,economic conditions and other factors,the employment problem of the impoverished college students is more outstanding.From the employment market of college students in China's point of view,the poor college students in the job market competitiveness problems,the overall employment situation is not ideal,there are a considerable part of the impoverished college students facing the signing time lag,signing quality is not high,low employment rate and other issues in the process of employment,and even some poor students because of the long-term can not realize employment,make own life and family faced heavy burden,become one of the factors that influence the development of social harmony,stability.Therefore,no matter from the poor college students own development angle and the angle of family harmony in terms of employment,or from social management mechanism,social angle to the healthy and steady development of speaking,the employment of poor college students are very serious problem.In the modern society in the development process,the employment of poor college students has not only the problem of employment of university students,but a social problem related to the development and stability of society.Therefore,the social from all walks of life should be actively involved in solving the employment problem of college poor students work,give positive help to the poor students,give full play to the functions and role of the social from all walks of life,mutual improvement,improvement of poor college students employment aid status.Especially the government agencies,important for the realization of public interest organizations providing social services,the work of poor students in Colleges and universities,in solving the employment problem should give full play to the role and function of service,to strengthen the government intervention,the construction of social mechanism,perfect the system of the policy measures and methods,to further strengthen the poverty-stricken college students employment support policies support.This paper takes Nanjing Xiaozhuang University as the main research object,first using the method of literature,the related theory involved in the research process of this paper were analyzed,such as employment support policies,employment assistance,policy process theory,education equity theory,social mobility theory;secondly,based on the theoretical framework,the evolution of employment of poor college students in China policy by the study of history,based on the full collection,collation,analysis of relevant policy information and research results,analysis of the background,the employment of poor students in Colleges and universities of China's policies of the evolution process and the main content,provides the historical basis for countermeasures and proposals;again using the method of questionnaire survey,to Nanjing Xiaozhuang University for example investigation analysis,the basic situation of the school,and the implementation of the school employment aid policy investigation,with psychological health education,employment guidance,employment service ability of poor students to enhance the training and implementation of loan aid as the main content,and find out the main problems existing in Xiaozhuang school poor students employment process support policy implementation in and produce the question Reason;finally,on the basis of theoretical study and practice investigation,from the angle of government,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement and perfection of the poor college students employment support policies,such as strengthening the construction of social justice,government intervention mechanism,perfect the policy system,and provides reference for solving the employment of poor students in Colleges and universities of our country,the construction of a new pattern of poor students employment management participation of the whole society,so as to realize the employment and development to help poor students,poor students,family relations maintain stable social order goal.
