The Investigation And Countermeasure Of Aerobics Specialized Course Of Undergraduate Physical Education In Henan Province

Aerobics is widely popular with its fans since it was introduced into our country. At present, most college have the aerobics course. Some middle schools and primary schools are now studying aerobics in PE class, so that the requirement of schools'aerobics teachers is now increasing. College of physical education is the main base to train the PE teachers. Their education level has a direct effect on the quality of PE.With the serious employment, the change of students'mind and the healthy development of fitness club make quite a lot of aerobics students work for social direction and coach of fitness club after graduate. The tradition aim of training PE teacher in physical education can't meet the requirement of professional aerobics trainer from the current society. Nowadays, an employable professional aerobics trainer needs not only the ability of teaching, arrangement, organizing, training, but also the ability of acting, leading aerobics in club, social direction. As a big province in sports and culture, Henan should pay more attention to the development of physical education and physical industry if it wants to be a great power of sports and culture. The students in aerobics of Henan undergraduate physical education colleges is the important source of aerobics teacher and tertiary-industry—the coach of fitness club. The quality of its education is most important. But currently, there's no research for the situation of aerobics subject in undergraduate course of physical education of Henan province. So, this article will give some conclusions by investigating and analyzing three statuses: the teachers'knowledge structure, teaching factors and students'knowledge structure of Henan aerobics subject in undergraduate course of physical education:1. Most HeNan physical universities have the aerobics subject. But teachers'conception is rather outdated. Pay no attention to the students' initiative. The leaders of province and city's pay less attention to the development of aerobics. The competition system of aerobics in Henan is not prefect. Problems of few contests, small size and less teams still remain. The examining and management for related aerobics certification is still in disorder.2. The integrated level of Henan undergraduate course of physical education's teachers need to be further improved. For the age, the whole teachers are trending younger. They have the advantage of energetic body and easy to accept new knowledge. But they lack the experience of teaching and weak in research. For the field of information structure, the knowledge obtained by teachers is updated slowly, low in technology. For the professional title, the rate of high level in aerobics teachers is very low. For the level of umpire and aerobics director, the rate of teachers in high level is pretty low.3. For the teaching, the subject's contents of Henan undergraduate course of physical education is outdated. New contents hardly added. The way of teaching lacks agility. Pay no attention to the students'individual development. Never activate the students'persistent interests and enthusiasm. For the appraisal, most are the terminated and quantification. Pay no attention to students'appraisal of practice ability, such as originality, organizing, acting, leading aerobics and so on.4. The students'knowledge structure is very single. Knowledges are mostly for mastering popular and ways that contests defined. Lack the knowledge of fashion subjects. For the theory, teaching hours are very few; students couldn't study professional aerobics knowledge integratedly. For the practice, students rarely participate social activities. So they are weak in the organizing, acting, leading aerobics, which couldn't meet the requirement of professional aerobics from the society.5. For the region, equipment. some campuses have the situation that multiple-use, and disturbance for different subjects. In addition, the equipment of aerobics special subject is pretty poor. Though each college are now active in developing aerobics special subjects,. But the type of equipment is only easy, workable, low investigation subjects, which couldn't meet the need of society and students.
