The research on work values has been a hot issue for many years with plenty of fruits and so is the case with the study on organization values and organizational culture. Different from the past research view which simply considers organizational influence on staff. The paper takes further steps to explore the match between staffs'values and organizational values from the perspective of staffs'interactions and integration with organization. As an expanding study on work values, the paper aims to discuss the influence of value level match on employee engagement so that the theory of work value can be expanded an enriched. In this paper, work and organizational values match questionnaire is designed specially for staff in the banking line.The results reveal as follows:1) The content of work and organizational value match of Chinese banking staffs consists of five factors, that is, health factors, incentive factors, interpersonal factors, innovation factors, social responsibility factors. Reliability and validity of the questionnaire is highly enough according to validity of the standard of Psychological test.2) In view of sex, working age, education, position, there are significant differences in the five factors above.3) Accord to the result of regression analysis, the match between work and organizational values is significantly associated with employee engagement. Finally listed are the deficiencies as well as the problems to be solved in the paper.
