Education has never drawn so much attention in the world. Teachers' professiondevelopment is a crucial issue in educational revolution. Michael Fullan presentedthat educational revolution in a wide range can't succeed and sustain without apowerful faculty of teachers. Nowadays, there are three main trends in our elementaryand high school instruction. They are Quality Education, Educational Informatizationand New Curriculum Revolution. They all make a great effect on instructionconception, knowledge construction, thinking methods, instruction skills and methods.Teachers' profession development is considered as a good way to meet the challengesof education nowadays.Instruction Research is an important way to develop teachers' professional ability.As is known to all, Traditional Instruction Research is limited by time, space, and itsmonotony styles and it can't meet the needs of teachers' Instruction Research in thenew educational environment. We all know education is always changed by thefast-developing technology. With the fast-developing information technology, the coreof which are computer technology and networks technology, the Web-basedInstruction Research is conducted by more and more teachers, and the Web-basedInstructional Research community appears with it. This research, based on the blogplatform, explored the structure elements, construction contents, constructionstrategies of web-based teachers' instruction research community.The study is divided into four phases: the phase of preparation, the phase oftheoretical research, the phase of research test, the phase of summary, reflection andresults assessment. In the phase of preparation, we use literature research to analyzethe research, application and issues on Instructional Research community, both homeand abroad. And then the aims and contents of this thesis were defined. In the phase oftheoretical research, we use literature research and investigation research to realize theapplication and issues on web-based Instruction Research. Then we primarily gainedthe structure elements, construction contents and strategies of Instructional Researchcommunity. In the phase of research test, with the support of the Tianhe Tribe Blog Flocks, we organized six teachers in elementary and high school in Tianhe district inGuangzhou. Then we use action research to participate in and observe the process ofweb-based instruction research of the teachers. The duration of action research is fourmonths. Then we summarized the construction strategies and notices of the web-basedInstructional Research community. In the phase of summary, reflection and resultsassessment, we use assessment research and investigation research to test the effect ofthe implement of construction strategies of web-based Instructional Researchcommunity. At the same time, we rethought the study and concluded the follow-upresearch directions.After a series of studies work, we can get the conclusions: First, we present thatthe structure elements of web-based Instructional Research are Instructional Researchactivities, the Instructional Research teachers, mentor, konwledge and tools. Second,we summarize the construction of instructional research community should be madewith three dimensionality: the organization of faculty of Instructional Researchcommunity, the design of environment of Instructional Research community, thedesign of activities of Instructional Research community. Third, we explore theconstruction strategies of web-based (Blog-baesd) Instructional Research community.According to the construction contents, the organization of faculty should payattention to the background of faculty and harmonization among them. The design ofenvironment should embrace the design of subject situation and technology support.The design of activities should involve the participation, interaction and cooperationof community. Fourth, in the blog flocks of "Teachers' Profession DevelopmentCommunity", the teachers have direct communications between them. It is not easy tofind the person who can be looked upon as the "bridge" for the communications. Bythe Centraligy Analysis, we can see that the teacher of SCIENCE is the core person.By the Roles and Positions Analysis, the web-based Instructional Researchcommunity can be divided into three subgroups. Fifth, the construction of web-basedInstructional Research community, have a marked effect on the development ofteachers' instruction knowledge, Instructional Research attitude. But because of thedifferent subjects, it has a great difference for the teachers in the effect of development in instruction capabilities.
