China's economic development and social openness is growing the necessary personnel to promote international exchange and interaction. At present, the scientific development concept and proposal of Talent highlights the important role of higher education. Continuously improve the level of opening up the request for opening up the pace must be accelerated. In this context, universities become a microcosm of international openness. Recruiting students and training is a new bright spot in training qualified personnel. Therefore, to strengthen the education in line with international standards not only promote the research and transformation of education, but also enhance international and regional exchange in the education market process. Therefore, in order to speed up needs of international development of higher education, expanding the space of international sharing of educational resources and international student team is a huge opportunity and a challenge.This paper analyzes the current educational background of the international students, hence proposes the significance of the research. By summarizing the status of domestic and international theoretical research of education and training on international students, the paper summarizes the content, characteristics, factors and education training model of the Foreign Students, and then discusses the problems and constraints of education and training on foreign students in Chinese Universities. On this basis, the paper builds education system from the study-abroad policy, education environment, logistics services and language support, for differences of objectives and conditions for degree students and non-academic students, and builds training model education of Chinese language students and other professional from degree students and long-term and short-term language learning students form non-degree students. Finally, the paper proposes countermeasures of the education of international students from educational logos, educational environment, educational mechanisms and education market, and makes the empirical research on Northeast Petroleum University.
