The "rural revitalization strategy" put forward in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress is an important decision and deployment put forward by the Party in the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which plays an important role in promoting rural modernization.The key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy lies in rural education.The fundamental problem facing rural education in China is that the young rural teachers cannot meet the needs of the balanced development of compulsory education,and the quality of rural education is restricted by the current situation of rural teachers,leading to the failure to improve the quality of rural education.Rural young teachers as the main force of rural compulsory education stage play teaching function,its working life quality not only relates to the quality of life of the individual,more influenced by the level of teaching in the teaching place,the quality of work life young rural teachers present situation how,what problems,how to promote and improve the rural youth teachers’ work quality of life issues worthy of further research and analysis,so the author will research perspective aimed at this group of young teachers in rural primary school.In this study at home and abroad about the work quality of life and the teachers’ work related literature do comb and analysis,found that the related research is mainly about the quality of work life content,dimensions,satisfaction and quality of work life,quality of teachers’ work life in the way of study,relevant studies on rural elementary school young teachers is a handful.Therefore this study from individuals,schools,families,social four dimensions,around the school conditions,working conditions and benefits,working strength,leadership management,colleague relations,work and family leisure,job growth,teaching characteristics,the school atmosphere nine factors is studied,in the interview,open questionnaire and literature,formed on the basis of combing analysis the rural elementary school young teachers work quality of life questionnaire.A survey of young rural primary school teachers in H city was conducted.A total of 300 questionnaires were issued,296 of which were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.7%.Spss25.0 was used for statistical analysis of all the data.In addition,based on some understanding of the working life of young teachers in rural primary schools,this study conducted interviews with6 representative young teachers in rural primary schools by combining relevant factors such as age,teaching age,gender,professional title,marital status,educational level,monthly income level,and whether they hold administrative posts.Through the summary and analysis of the survey results and data,it is found that the quality of work and life of young teachers in rural primary schools is above the average level.Rural elementary school young teachers work quality of life in gender,age,marriage,education,position,working time,title,and monthly income on different degrees of difference,the countryside elementary school young teachers work quality of life questionnaire is made up of individuals,schools,families,social four dimensions,around the school conditions,working conditions and benefits,working strength,leadership management,colleague relations,work and family leisure,job growth,teaching characteristics,the school atmosphere of nine factors,including rural elementary school young teachers divide work,quality of life was significantly positively related with various factors.Based on the research conclusion and the relevant data,this paper analyzed the rural elementary school young teachers work life quality present situation,and from a personal family school social four aspects about the Suggestions to improve the quality of rural elementary school young teachers work life:(1)personal aspects: building up the harmonious interpersonal relationship correctly understand self professional development(2)family: family more understanding teachers learn to self adjusting(3)the school aspect:reduce the work load to solve the accommodation problem to build teachers’ self development platform and perfect the system of school management to strengthen the construction of spiritual culture(4)social aspect: reasonable expectation of society to improve teachers’ social status...
