With the central and local governments to increase investment in higher education, and growing requirement of the output. Focus the attention of the people has access to higher education by the ability to expand to the quality of education in line with the requirements of the ratio of input and output areas. Discipline is scientific research and personnel training as a university carrier. Important sign is measured at the level of university and overall comprehensive. Therefore, disciplinary construction works into the public issues of common concern. With our technology and education strategies implemented, the state has started the "211 Project" and "985 Project." How to improve the disciplinary construction of input-output efficiency, and to give full play to their school's college functions, the construction of university research subject of great theoretical and practical significance.Performance management as a more scientific evaluation method, in the enterprise's application has certain effect, but the college application still be considered. Performance Evaluation Performance Management in theory and method of construction for the performance evaluation of Discipline provides a new perspective. Article focuses on the research status of the topics to sort out and analyze, and performance evaluation leads to disciplinary construction concept for building disciplinary construction principles and methods of performance evaluation, through empirical study, for the current disciplinary construction problems with performance evaluation, made from a macro level, the corresponding countermeasures.This paper focuses on the University Discipline System Performance Evaluation, through literature, quantitative analysis and other methods to collect Discipline in Colleges and Universities system performance evaluation data needed, and draws on relevant research results, to determine university Evaluating the Performance of subjects on human resources, financial resources, material resources, scientific research, personnel training, etc. 5-level indicator is the Senior title, Vice-Senior title, Intermediate grade, junior title, the country's specific input into self-financing college, research projects, research funding, research results, scientific research bases, personnel training scale, quality of personnel training of 12 secondary indicators, and determine its weight.
