Discipline evaluation ranks as one of the heatedly discussed question. It is stated in the paper that the establishment efficiency be evaluated in the view of optimizing evaluation system and in achieving justice, reasonableness and guidance effect. It is illustrated in the paper that it is not only necessary in theory and in practice but also practical in approach. As for specific evaluation, the paper advances DEA—the operational research successfully applied in many disciplines such as management. Also, AHP, a new model reforming system is resorted to for the introduction of AHP binding dimension, on which is based a DEAHP model creation for certain discipline establishment efficiency evaluation. An application is made of the model proposed in the evaluation before the end of the paper, with the introduction of the data from specific discipline establishment.
