An Interactive Study On The Supplies Of Public Sports Service Between Government And Non-governmental Organization

Since the reform and opening-up policy, with the constant and steady development of national economy, upgrade of the industrial and resident consumption structure and continuously raising urbanization level, per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents continues to grow and people's living standards improve significantly. These developments and changes make people have new and higher pursuits of life quality, with participating in sports exercise and enjoying it as their internal needs, thus sports is playing an increasingly important role in people's life. At present and for a considerable long time in the future, people increase their demands for sports, but the current condition that society provides inadequate sports resources has become an obstruction to develop sports. Therefore, it becomes more crucial to reforming public sports services to address its inadequate supply.In the background of building service-oriented government and the reform of sports undertaking, government and non-governmental organizations are established as a kind of interactive and cooperative relationship, independent of each other and complementary in function, both of which are mutually supervised, influenced, promoted and interdependent, playing a significant part in improving the quantity and quality of public sports service supply such as strengthening service-oriented government and promoting non-governmental organizations and the reform of sports undertaking.With the methods of literature review, comparative analysis, logic analysis, the thesis mainly studies the following aspects: firstly, the author rearranges and analyzes relative research on the supply of public sports service between government and non-governmental organizations at home and abroad; secondly, the author analyzes the meaning and necessity of interactions between government and non-governmental organizations in supplying public sports service based on analyzing advantages and disadvantages of supplying sports service between two organizations; thirdly, the factors that influence the cooperative relationship between government and non-governmental organizations in public sports service are analyzed; finally, the author puts forward countermeasures and cooperative patterns of interactions between government and non-governmental organizations in supplying public sports service.
