Credit System Management Mode of University examination should possess various kinds of exams, result constitution, and text questions. Most importantly, it can form scientific assessments, modern methods of examination, laws and regulations of the examination system. At present, nevertheless, most teachers of universities are inclined to find out strategies by a Web-based teaching model or test system itself. Hardly of them solve this problem from the point of view of teaching and examination methods suit. Under the mode of Credit System, higher education constitutes varied and unique teaching or exam models. Therefore, generally speaking, it is urgent to expore an appropriate, practical and scientific integrated model of teaching and testing, which should adapt full credit and academic credit.
