Since the higher education in our country has been transformed into mass instruction by elite education,the diversity of student origin,academic motivation and studies evaluation standard asks us to explore a new teaching management pattern to adapt this kind of change. The credit system, as a kind of basic teaching management system can adapt that change,has been widespread accepted by the public. With the opening of the network and campus network construction, network information technology with its unique advantage has brought a great impact and much hope for the reform of higher education. Meanwhile, network information technology is also a sort of advanced technology, which has expanded the boundaries of time and space of education , changed the relationship between teaching and learning, and improved student interest in learning, efficiency and dynamic. Based on the network adopt"the student as the center, the teacher is the leadership"as the educational model ,which is having an impact on the traditional educational model, becoming the mainstream of higher education teaching model. Teaching and learning on the Internet as the main forms of education in the new century, is an important means for educators to build life-long learning ability and achieve equal opportunities in education, especially it is also the best choice to train high-quality people to meet the future information society. Test is a way of evaluating students'academic performance and teachers'teaching result. Credit System Management Mode of University examination should possess various kinds of exams, result constitution, and text questions. Most importantly, it can form scientific assessments, modern methods of examination, laws and regulations of the examination system. At present, nevertheless, most teachers of universities are inclined to find out strategies by a Web-based teaching model or test system itself. Hardly of them solve this problem from the point of view of teaching and examination methods suit. Under the mode of Credit System, higher education constitutes varied and unique teaching or exam models. Therefore, generally speaking, it is urgent to expore an appropriate, practical and scientific integrated model of teaching and testing, which should adapt full credit and academic credit. What's more, research results enable students to take the initiative to meet the credit requirements of teaching management, timely adjustment of individual learning plans, lifting the length of the credit system and make up the credit system of short, which is in order to successfully complete their studies; making teachers have a more comprehensive understanding of problems in their own teaching in order to facilitate the amendment process of teaching and provide students with the most suitable individual development of teaching; let parents possess more clearly power to control the child's ability so that help their children make more quickly progress. On the basis of analysis above, the author may draw a conclusion that research results are beneficial to further improve the management model for the credit system of teaching rules, effectively ensure the implementation of the credit system in China's colleges and universities, further deepen reform of colleges and universities, and comprehensively promote quality education.
