In the home-school, the class teacher with the cooperation of parents is undoubtedly critical to many aspects of a link. The relationship between class teachers and parents, is one of mutual trust and harmonious relationship together, attached to this relationship among educational activities for students, and through the formation of the formation of such a close working relationship between the two sides interact, mutually beneficial education pattern, for the lifelong development of students and even the overall social context to create a harmonious atmosphere of cooperation has played a strong role in pushing forward. Existing research in this area are mostly urban-based, right-urban part of the country's middle class teacher and parents the status of cooperation between the research has relatively weak.In this paper, a middle school in Changchun City as the survey summed up the urban-rural area junior high school class teacher and parents to the status quo and found that the class teacher and parents with the emphasis on school education, awareness obvious, and through research also found that parental participation in the process of development of students as well as a strong desire to cooperate with the class teacher a positive attitude. At the same time raised the class teacher and parents, problems in the process of cooperation, such as the existence of the two sides distrust each other buck-passing situation, cooperation with the class teacher parents, although the positive attitude of cooperation, but the methods of communication relatively simple to compare formal and so on. I also focus on an analysis of its causes: the class teacher understanding of the subjective factors, such as the pressure studies, can not fully concerned about the development of students as well as the school co-operation mechanisms and other institutions are not perfect. Parents, the concept of division of responsibilities for education, family economic factors as well as the parents of their own qualities are also one of the reasons contributing to this problem. For the status quo, the author puts forward solutions: the proposed class teacher and parents to improve the cooperation sense of hope that the school system to improve home-school requirements, and finally the class teacher and parents can work together to find effective ways of cooperation.
