| The research on the pressure about middle school teachers in rural-urban fringe zone is of great significance for the relief of press.In the dissertation,a questionnaire survey on the total 358 middle school teachers in rural-urban fringe zone in Changsha,Hengyang,Yiyang and Changde city was conducted.The analysis on the data indicates that the teacher pressure mainly stems from social aspect,and school factor comes second,personality third.About 75.6%of the respondents are under a lot of pressure,which demonstrate a similarity,and also distinguishing features according to sexuality,age,school age,educational background,professional ranks,marriage status,teaching subjects and graduate class.The further analysis reveals that the phenomenon can be attributed to sociality,school and personality cause.Specifically,as to the social aspect,the complicated social circumstances,the absence of family education,endless educational reforms,poor salary and unjustified resource distribution can contribute to the more pressure on the teachers.With regard to the school-related reason,unreasonable school administration,the instability of teaching staff,complicated student resource and examination test can give rise to the continuously increasing pressure.As far as the personality is concerned,more importantly,the pressure can stress from the limited self-development,the nervous strain,and disharmonious personal relationship are believed as the main reason of the teacher pressure.Based on the above analysis,the solution on the pressure issue need the joint efforts of the sociality,school and personality.Therefore,in the dissertation,three advices are promoted:First,from the social aspect,the countermeasures can include rectification of the social environments,encouragement of teaching reform,the increase of the salaries,the determination of appropriate expectations and the rational distribution of educational resource.Second,the school should provide more chance of continuing learning,promote the assessment mechanism and stabilize the teaching staff.Third,teachers should enhance the professional ability,establish a good personal relationship and adjust themselves more rationally. |
